This is purely a service based work provided by the author, to share his years of experience in Right To Information (RTI) Act 2005. This is applicable to civic organisations.

The trainer wants to conduct training to the officers/staff of public Authority to create awareness among them on RTI Act 2005 and to deal with RTI petitions effectively. His motive is only to render service to the persons who need it. He wants to share his wide experience and knowledge with the participants.

The trainer is also a consultant in Management and Law subjects. Hence his services can also be utilized as a RTI ACT 2005 consultant to the Organisation whenever RTI petitions are received, to dispose of them properly as per the provisions of Law. The consultancy services can also be utilized in other Law matters.

The Author has also undergone Training programme at the Centre for Good Governance (CGG) , Hyderabad on RTI Act 2005 ( TOT) for Educators in RTI Service.

The Author is trainer as well as a Consultant and also an Advocate in Madras High Court.

His experience in delivering lectures in various Training Programmes:

He has conducted so far more than 3500 Training Programmes on RTI Act 2005 for all levels of officers / staff of State / GOI Departments and many PSUs / Autonomous Bodies.. He has also taken more than 2500 classes for various level officers of GOI / State Government and PSUs on HR subjects including various Acts applicable to them.

Note: The trainer has already taken more than 3500 classes ( Batches ) on RTI 2005 at Anna Institute of Management, Chennai for Tamil Nadu State Government Officers, on site programmes for government officials in all district headquarters, also many classes at Major Port Trusts, various State Government Training centres etc., The trainer has taken classes on RTI Act 2005 to various level officers including bureaucrats for the past 18 years all over India.

The trainer has undergone all Trainer Development Programmes of DoPT, GOI and he is a Certified Trainer certified by GOI in TDPs.
